Festival Objectives :
·  To further develop, inspire, and maximise the participants’ potential in Handbell ringing.
·  To enable Handbell performers to further their knowledge in contemporary skills and repertoire, and so improve their standard.
·  To give Handbell ensembles opportunities of being assessed.
·  To give opportunities to Handbell ringers to interact, to appreciate the diversity of culture, and to be global citizens.
·  To initiate the process of developing qualifications in Handbell ringing.
